Our principles
Six commitments, held for twelve years.

Human oversight is non-negotiable
Every robot we deploy has a physical stop, a voice stop, and a scheduled human check-in. Autonomy is earned in scope, never assumed.

Privacy is the default state
Cameras and microphones stay local to the device. Any cloud sync is opt-in, scoped, and documented.

Safety envelopes are enforced at the firmware
Force limits, speed caps, and no-go zones are baked into the robot below the application layer. They cannot be softened by an app update.

Failure is expected — and planned for
Every deployment includes a documented failure playbook. What the robot does when it doesn't know what to do is the most important behavior.

We say no when it isn't ready
If a task, environment, or population isn't a safe fit for today's technology, we decline the engagement.

Ownership stays with a person
Every account has a named human owner. There is always a person accountable for the robot's behavior.
